Kristen Brenner is a true Florida Keys native and a dedicated expert in the Duck Key community. A graduate of Marathon High School (1983), Kristen went on to earn her B.A. in Interior Design from Washington State University (1987), an education that provides a unique eye for a property's potential. Her real estate journey began naturally; her parents, Wayne and Elaine Brenner, were the respected founders of Brenner Realty in 1977. Following their guidance, Kristen secured her Real Estate License in 1984, officially establishing a career that spans decades.

In 1999, she proudly relaunched the firm as Duck Key Realty.

Today, Kristen stands as a dominant force in the Middle Keys, recognized as a perennial Top 10 agentin the Florida Keys market area for the past two decades. Her resilience shines through her work following the 2008 financial crisis, where she served on the American Home Mortgage Servicing team, expertly managing bank-owned REO's across Monroe County while continuing key sales in Duck Key.

After a successful seven-year period enhancing her market mastery with other Marathon firms, Kristen powerfully re-established her independence in 2017. Margie Casey began working for residential builders and commercial real estate developers in 1981. In 1998, she was named Small Business Person of the Year by the Plantation Chamber of Commerce for her business achievements and community service related to her 10-year retail and event business—an honor personally presented by former Governor Jeb Bush. Her high-profile clients included the Florida Panthers, Plantation General Hospital, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and several celebrity clients.

In 2006, she resumed her real estate career, obtaining real estate, appraisal, and mortgage licenses to gain a deeper understanding of the home-buying and selling process. Her analytical and marketing skills provide today’s sellers and buyers with a strategic advantage. As Founder of Real Estate Scorecard, she has guided thousands of buyers through the relocation process since 2011 and continues to do so.

In 2016, she and her husband, Dennis, moved permanently to Duck Key in the Florida Keys. In late 2018, she joined the Florida Keys Real Estate Group as a Broker Associate to provide the highest level of service to buyers and sellers.
