After you select your
vacation rental home, You will receive a confirmation letter of your
request showing the confirmed rental fees and all other associated
fees for the specified period.
If the property you select
has a prior rental agreement for the requested period we will advise
you of the next available dates and/or suggest a comparable home for
the time slot requested.

3 Bedroom or less - $500.00
- 4 Bedrooms
or more - $1000.00
- All
deposits are required within 10 days to guarantee your reservation.
- Your
deposit will be credited as all or part of your damage deposit and
held in escrow to be refunded within 30 days after departure.
- A cleaning
fee will be charged for each home. It is expected that the property
be left in satisfactory condition.
- A
non-refundable Reservation Fee of $25.00 is required on All Properties.
- The full
amount of rent plus 11.5% tax is due 60 days before your arrival.
- Week - A
week is any 7 day period and does not necessarily run from Saturday
to Saturday.
- Month - A month is any 4 week period and does not necessarily run from the
1st to the 28th of the month.
- All rent
paid will be forfeited unless we are able to rebook the time
period you have reserved.
- Homes with Pool Heat
- Pool heat
fees of $300/wk must be prepaid with your reservation.
